1 Introduction & Eligibility

Welcome to JLPG. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the JLPG platform and all its services. When you register an account, log in, or begin using any service on jlpg.ws, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between JLPG and the user. Please read this document carefully before using the platform. If you disagree with any of the terms, we ask that you refrain from using JLPG.

2 Account Registration

Providing accurate and truthful information is mandatory when creating an account on JLPG. Accounts registered with false or incorrect information may be closed at any time, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited.

• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The phone number and email address provided at registration must be your own and must be active.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact JLPG support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

JLPG may request a national ID, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 Eligibility & Age

Certain basic eligibility requirements must be met to use the JLPG platform. Failure to meet these requirements means you are not permitted to create or use an account.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use JLPG.
• JLPG may not be used from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• JLPG employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to use any betting or gaming features.
• Individuals who have chosen to exclude themselves from gaming due to mental health concerns or addiction are not permitted to open an account.

4 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and other games on JLPG and are binding on all users equally.

• Please review the odds and terms carefully before placing a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Any bet or game result may be declared void in the event of a system error or technical failure.
• JLPG reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting activity, and all decisions made are final.
• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified.
• A maximum bet limit applies per event. Bets exceeding this limit will not be accepted.
• JLPG is not liable for any disconnection from live betting due to internet connectivity issues.

5 Payments & Withdrawals

JLPG supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact support.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method that was used to make the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Payments may be withheld and reported to the relevant authorities if money laundering or any other illegal activity is suspected.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

JLPG offers its players a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before accepting.

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only and applies to the first deposit exclusively.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (typically 30–45x). Withdrawals from bonus funds will not be permitted until this requirement is met.
• A maximum bet limit applies to wagers placed with bonus funds (typically ৳500 per bet).
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same IP address or device.
• JLPG reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If evidence of bonus system abuse is found, the account will be closed and the bonus forfeited.

7 Responsible Gaming

JLPG believes gaming is meant for fun and entertainment, not as a source of income. We encourage all our players to game responsibly.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account.
• You may choose to temporarily exclude yourself from the platform (Self-Exclusion) for a set period if you feel it is necessary.
• You can use the Cooling-Off Period feature to pause your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

JLPG reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons.

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is breached.
• Opening an account with false or misleading information.
• If evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, or system manipulation is found.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• You may close your account at your own request — please contact support.

10 Limitation of Liability

JLPG accepts no liability for any of the following.

• If a game or bet is affected by a loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
• If third-party services (payment gateways, game providers) experience disruptions.
• If an unauthorised third party accesses your account due to your own negligence.
• Financial losses not directly caused by JLPG.

In the event of any dispute, JLPG's decision shall be considered final. However, you Help Centerto submit an appeal.

11 Changes & Updates

JLPG reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
